Call the newspaper and find out their requirements for publication. (Some newspapers are only publish weekly. Be sure to have the advertisement to the newspaper before their deadline.)

Advertisement needs to be in the LEGAL SECTION Advertise 2 times; 7 calendar days apart; the last time MUST BE Sixteen (16) working days from the bid opening. Ask the newspaper to send the "Proof of Publication" to us and bill the Client. SEE FORM LETTER SECTION. (Page 70)
