Pre-Bid Confrence

Sometimes if a job is rather large or complicated, a pre-bid conference may be held. A Pre-Bid Conference is held on all SRF jobs. One (1) week before the Pre-Bid Conference, a letter should be sent to all Contractors that have taken out Plans and Specifications for bids. This is to remind them of the conference.
